PET REGULATIONS
For the community of our guests and following our ideology of being a family hotel, in its Mountain Hotel and Suria Restaurant we allow pets. We know that they are also part of your family.
1. Hotel Suria reserves the right to admit any pet based on the criteria of comfort and tranquility for all guests (people or animals) equally.
2. All pets must bring their bed, blanket and any other item they need to sleep, since at the moment the hotel does not have these amenities.
3. It is forbidden for pets to climb or sleep on the beds, therefore it is not allowed to use the bedding to shelter or lay the pet in or out of the room. Failure to comply with this rule carries a penalty of $ 100.
4. It is a requirement that vaccinations and deworming are up to date.
5. Depending on the behavior of the pet, any member of our staff may ask the owner to place a leash or even a muzzle on their pet if it is warranted.
6. All pets must ALWAYS be under the supervision of a responsible adult.
7. The owner must compulsorily collect his pet’s stools anywhere on the hotel grounds, including the gardens. ask the staff where to deposit it.
8. Pets cannot be alone in the room at any time.
9. The Bar | Restaurant, the Terrace, the gardens and other common areas are free access areas with pets. Any damage caused by the pet to the property is the responsibility of its owner and must bear the cost.
